Single Origin Microlot, a brand of Ceiba Collective LLC, ships roasted and green coffee according to the cadence below.
Roast & ship cadence (roasted coffee)
- Small-batch roasting in Dallas.
- Typical rhythm: roasted Monday–Wednesday; ships Thursday–Friday for orders that arrived over the weekend (mid-week orders follow the same weekly production logic).
- Roast-within-7-days guarantee: coffee is roasted within 7 days of shipping.
Delivery estimates
After handoff to the carrier, continental U.S. standard delivery is commonly 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout or by quote. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
DFW & Texas wholesale
Dallas–Fort Worth is our primary market; Austin is secondary. Local wholesale buyers may arrange sampling and delivery details directly after inquiry approval.
National & international
National shipping is available for DTC and qualified wholesale/green orders. International shipping, when offered, may require additional customs documentation and is quoted case-by-case.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in a wholesale contract.
