Retail (DTC) roasted coffee
If you are not satisfied with a retail bag purchased on this site, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after reviewing your order and concern (for example, freshness, damage in transit, or a clear quality issue).
Wholesale & private label
Wholesale and private-label orders are planned to your specifications. Refunds or remakes for custom runs are handled case-by-case under the terms agreed before production. Contact us immediately if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
Green coffee
Green coffee is sold for professional roasting use. Once accepted on delivery (or after the inspection window stated on your invoice/quote), green coffee is generally non-returnable except for documented quality defects or shipping damage reported promptly.

Use the contact form with your order number, roast date (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. Photos help for damaged packages.
