What we sell
We offer roasted coffee (retail and wholesale/private label), and green coffee for professional buyers, subject to availability. Descriptions on the site are for information; lot availability and cup profiles can change with harvest and roast season.
Accounts & ordering
You agree to provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Wholesale and green pricing may be quoted separately. Payment is due as indicated at checkout or on your invoice.
Wholesale & private label
Custom/private-label projects may require written confirmation of volumes, artwork, and profiles before production. Those written terms control if they conflict with general site copy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or use our content to misrepresent affiliation with Ceiba Collective LLC or SOML.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and photography (except where third-party rights apply) are owned by Ceiba Collective LLC or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Coffee is an agricultural product; taste preferences vary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceiba Collective LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or products. Total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
