Rare Coffee Cacao and Vanilla
High-End Restaurants Worldwide
In the world of fine dining, where every detail matters, sourcing ingredients with provenance, purity, and authenticity is no longer optional—it’s essential. Guatemala Single Origin offers an exclusive line of verified, organically grown coffee, cacao, and vanilla that meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. We work directly with small-scale farmers across Guatemala to bring their rare harvests to the world’s most discerning chefs, chocolatiers, coffee roasters, and gourmet retailers.
From volcanic highlands to lush rainforests, Guatemala is home to microclimates and traditional growing methods that produce flavor profiles unlike anywhere else in the world. These aren’t just ingredients—they’re origin stories in every bite, sip, or scent.
Single Origin Means One Farm, One Harvest, One Story

Unique Coffee – Cacao Experiences
Unlike commercial products labeled “single origin” that often blend crops from multiple farms or even countries, our offerings are the real thing: single-farm, small-batch, and grown by hand using traditional techniques.
Each product we ship is fully traceable and comes directly from the farmer or cooperative who cultivated it. That means no middlemen, no commodity pricing, and no ambiguity. Just verified, ethical sourcing you can stand behind—and put on your menu.
Guatemalan Coffee: Microlot Grown Near Lake Atitlán
Our Arabica coffee beans are cultivated in the volcanic highlands surrounding Lake Atitlán at elevations above 1,500 meters. These microlot coffees are grown in volcanic soil, shade-dried, and processed using traditional methods. Every roast preserves the unique characteristics of the region: citrus brightness, cacao base notes, and floral aromas.
We offer: Rare Coffee Cacao and Vanilla
- Roasted whole beans (medium to dark roast)
- Green beans for specialty roasting
- Direct-from-farm lots with full producer profiles
Unlike large commercial suppliers, we source from one farmer, one harvest, and one variety per shipment. This is coffee for establishments where quality and story matter.
Ceremonial Cacao: Pure, Potent, and Traditional
Our cacao is grown in Alta Verapaz and Suchitepéquez by Mayan families using pre-Columbian techniques. Fermented in sweat boxes, sun-dried, and ground on volcanic stone, this ceremonial-grade cacao is pure paste—no sugar, additives, or dilution.
Perfect for high-end cafés, chocolatiers, plant-based menus, and wellness spaces, our cacao delivers deep flavor and elevated function.
We offer: Rare Coffee Cacao and Vanilla
- 340g and 1kg ceremonial cacao blocks
- Raw cacao nibs and whole beans
- Coffee-infused and honey-cured seasonal blends
This cacao isn’t candy—it’s an experience.
Vanilla: Real, Organic, and Oil-Rich
Grown in Escuintla and Alta Verapaz, our vanilla beans are organically cultivated in small plots and cured over several months. These are true Vanilla planifolia beans, hand-pollinated and dried slowly to preserve essential oils.
We supply: Rare Coffee Cacao and Vanilla
- Grade A vanilla beans (15 cm+)
- Beans for extract-making and pastry infusions
- Custom-curated batches with harvest details
Important distinction: Most vanilla products sold in the U.S. are not real. They contain additives, synthetic vanillin, or are made from stripped beans devoid of essential oils. Ours are full-bodied, aromatic, and rare—sourced directly from farmers who still treat vanilla as a sacred crop.
Price Comparison: Premium Quality Without the Luxury Markup
Because we work directly with farmers and cooperatives—cutting out importers, resellers, and speculators—we’re able to offer world-class ingredients at prices that reflect true value, not inflated branding.
